What the best nail colour to do for an Indian bride?
There is no doubt that a French manicure is stunning because of its simplicity and elegance but it’s not a practical colour for an Indian Bride. Leading up to the wedding day you have many prewedding functions that use turmeric and red sindhoor or kumkum powder, which stains your nails making it extremely difficult to remove.
This is what I suggest,
If you insist on having a French tip or a light Nail colour for your wedding day then apply a few clear coats of clear nail polish on your nail so if you stain your nails you can use an Acetone Free Nail polish remover to remove your clear coat. This means that your nails will still stay, as acetone free will not damage your gel or acrylic nails or remove them. You can also paint them a darker nail polish and use the Acetone Free nail polish remover to remove it. Remember normal nail polish has Acetone in them and this removes gel or acrylic nails so Acetone Free won’t interfere with your look. I personally find that many brides don’t know this and it can help save them a great deal of time on the wedding day, nobody wants yellow or untidy nails . I have had brides subject themselves to trying all sort of tricks like bleach, degreaser and even washing powder . These products burn and damage your cuticles. So if your want to save time on your wedding day or for any prewedding function, then this tip will save you ….
So what are practical nail colours for your wedding ……here are a few Ideas to make it easier for choosing your nail colour.
Red is definitely a winner for an Indian Bride, find a shade that suits you. Red does not stain with turmeric and if there is a slight staining of yellow, it’s not noticeable.
